I think you just sold another turbo if this is indeed the case.

I know this is my first post, I'm more of a search and read to learn Person before I ask a question. But besides the point, has anyone had problems with the vacuum brake system running the gtx3076r at high psi levels?

Not that I have heard of, a local guy tracks with a GTX3076 and before that on a GT3071, I haven't heard any vacuum issues or braking issues. Idle vacuum stays the same, if you add antilag than that could become an issue.

There are logs in my build thread. I'm TMIC right now but have a front mount on the way.

Excellent I want to go that route that way I can decide if I spend the money build a motor and go real big or just be happy with 380whp and decide in a year or two.

Basically I'm at the point where I'll be dancing around the safe limit of the block; If the engine holds, I'll be happy, and if not, I'll build it.

My personal car made 386whp with a GTX3071, TMIC, 3.5" intake and stock ex mani and stock cat back. I ran it like that for nearly 30,000 miles as a daily driver and never had a problem.

Full-Race EFR Turbo Kit MS3/MS6 06-12

... what do you think about this package. It's been suggested to me by a buddy and I'm close to pulling the trigger. I know there are a few things I'll need besides what's in the kit - but any impressions about this setup?

Curious what is the difference between the Ms6 and the ms3 turbo kits? Noticed you have to choose which car you have when selecting a kit. I thought it would all be the same.

Other than the DP used the only variables is the mating surfaces (DP to turbo and turbo to manifold. Fitment is basically the same in the 3 and 6. Iv'e done BT installs on a buddy's MS3 and my own MS6. The only real thing you need to think about is the transfer case in the way on the ms6.....but not really.

I basically could take my turbo and put it on an MS3 no problem.

The difference between the MS3 and the MS6 turbo kits is the lines that are supplied. The MS6 gets step down studs instead of an oil return line because the upgraded Oil Return line does not fit the MS6.

I bought my big turbo kit from JP and it always puts a smile on my face when its not a monsoon out and I can drive it They have excellent customer service but sometimes have to be patient with them and keep up with them but they will get it taken care of no matter what, they are real people who respond, their company is growing fast.

First off i wanted to buy the BNR stage 3 turbo but sadly I cant order it anywhere on the web so I have been thinking about buying a big turbo (GTX3071R IWG)

If i should chose to buy the GTX I still have a couple of questions. Proberly some stupid questions but i want to be 100% sure that i get everything needed.

My engine mods so far (Autotech internals, Corksport SRI with TIP, Corksport TMIC, CP-E 3" DP and the AP.

I stille want to reuse the Corksport SRI so what i need is to buy the "CP-E Nviscid Turbo Inlet Pipe" with the stock sized intake and the 4" big turbo inlet?

Is i nesseary to buy the Cobb Tuning 3-Port Boost Control Solenoid (BCS)?

I want it AP tuned through one of the e-tuners here but can the car run on a stage 2 OTS Map until I get it proberly tuned?

Is there anything more that I need?

If you are getting a bigger turbo get a bigger intake as well. The corksport will be a restriction on the 3071. And I would recommend finding out how to make a base map or find someone to do it for you, do not run the stage two.

hey i have a fully built setup..cpe stage 2 short block, forge rods, pistons etc i have a gt3076r as well with IWG ive notice lately my car is getting to damn hot, the coolant level will not go under 217 on traffic and driving arround 185 isn idk if thats good, well my cuestion is will a fmic lower those heat temperatures cause i have a cpe tmic, and my turbo will spool after 5krpm ive andjust the pre load already and the difference is not much... is it to hard to go ewg, or a turbo smart wasgate actuator will help with that?

Having air hit your rad will bring those temps down. Those coolant temps are fine. Intercoolers cool air, not coolant.

It should be three bolts holding it on and its basically impossible to take it off while on the car. You're better off pulling the turbo to get at it. I had to do it too becausr ATP shipped my turbo with the 8 psi actuator when I asked for the 14 psi one. there's only a part # on the actuator which doesnt say what pressure the wastegate is...
