Default EdgeAuto experiences and consistency

Love this business so far. Havent had an issue, JP and Eric answer my few questions quickly and accurately.

Bought a turbo, TMIC, injector seals, MBC, now spark plugs and a meth kit. All good experience.

Here was the situation that really made them shine:
These guys are located all the way on the other side of the US. I asked them what I could do to get the spark plugs to me ASAP (i'm sure that my plugs are fubar'ing up because they're old @ 40k and it feels like spark blowout is happening at high PSI. To remedy, I've had to turn boost down a bit.
I'm heading out for a 400 mile trip TOMORROW. I called these guys on Monday asking what I could do. They said to guarantee, I'd need to pay for next or two day shipping, but it'd be expensive. They told me that they usually ship the same day order is placed, and usually, depending on their experiences, USPS can make the delivery by wednesday. I said I wouldnt take their word on it, but it was really appreciated to save me 50 bucks worth of shipping nonsense.
Items were shipped that evening, and tracking sent out early next morning. Lo and behold, tracking says it's going to be here today!
Now, I know the shipping has nothing really to do with them, it was the whole interactions through their side that makes it awesome. From the suggestion and the knowledge of how long parts usually move through the system and geographically, to the shipment same-day AND tracking ASAP? awesome.

Ordered a part from a different company that same day... a company I ALWAYS have trouble with. Every order i've placed with them I've had to cancel due to lack of parts or just communication. it's frustrating because they are located relatively close by. I gave them slack because I placed the order late in the day. but i only just received notification that it was shipped about 10 minutes ago. All my MSpeed friends say they love the company, but so far I've always been disappointed.

All i want is service like EdgeAutosport's... Communication is what gets my business, then quality shipping/handling, quality product selection, shipping options, THEN prices.

They hit high notes in just about every category. especially compared to others that i've dealt with.

Rock on guys, keep doing what you're doing!!!!!!!

I ordered injector seals from them 530pm last thursday overnight ups to be at cobb Plano by 10, They would of made it if UPS fucking plane dident fuckup

the point is, they do everything on their end perfectly.

Fucking USPS/UPS/Fedex cant properly ship an item sometimes. It's not on Edge, though.

I do get a boner when I see that brown truck rolling through my office parking lot though.
