So we have been playing around with the idea of doing some group buys and the idea has kind of morphed into what I'm about to explain. Basically we could setup up a group buy whenever we feel like it or when we have time to police it for you guys, or we can just let you do group buys whenever you feel like it. We decided to give you guys the reins so here is how its going to work.


We are going to offer a few items up that will always be available for group buys as well as run special group buys from time to time on other items and there will be two ways you can go about getting them.

The first way will be via the website by placing an order that reaches a minimum quantity to achieve a certain discount. All items will need to be shipped to one address so this will be good for guys who are close together in the various regions.

The second option will be via a group buy coupon code that we will give you. This will be for items that need to be shipped to individual addresses. If you guys decide to go this route, you will be given the new group buy options and corresponding coupon codes at the beginning of the month. The coupon code will allow you to purchase the items at the group buy price but we will not ship the items until the end of the month or once the group buy minimum has been reached. Once the min has been reached the items will be shipped. If the min is not reached everyone who has purchased will receive a full refund, or the opportunity to purchase at the regular price (you can still use our normal coupon codes). We can maintain a GB List so you guys can know how close you are to reaching the min.

There will be no retroactive pricing for those who previously purchased without seeing the group buy.

These items will be available through the website. Pricing will change in your cart as you hit the different minimums.

So for those of you who are interested in taking part in this. You can either get with some other locals and get a group together to make one purchase, or you can use a coupon code (TBD) and we will hold everyones orders till the end of the month or until the minimums are reached and then ship everything.

I'll throw my name out there for the VVT. Buying parts slowly for my build when I get back from deployment and still need to purchase a VVT kit.

I like the idea but it would be nice to know the price if we hit the minimums compared to the regular price ahead of time, might encourage people to pull the trigger 0n a possible sale.

Yeah, I'm interested in the Perm Plate and Autotechs, but knowing the group buy price is what would determine whether I pull the trigger now or not.

Well since there are obviously more than 5 people interested in the PERM Plate, I'll go ahead and drop the price for the 5+ category.

PERM PCV Plate x5 or more = $165.60 including shipping to Continental US
VVT Kit x3 = $378.46
VVT Kit x6 or more = $366.51

^^ VVT Kit also includes shipping to continental US.

The code you will need to use for the PERM Plate, which is active now, is PERMGB5. Once five plates have been purchased with that code we will start shipping them out. The code will be discontinued on 2nd of September.

The Code for the VVT Kit is VVTGB6 and will be active now as well. Once 6 kits have been purchased with the code they will all be shipped out. This code will also be discontinued on the 2nd.

If for some reason the minimum for one or both of these is not met, we will either refund or give you the option to purchase at the lower minimum or at the normal price (with other applicable coupon codes).

I'm about to place my order for the PERM plate, but noticed you don't have the OEM Mazda PCV for sale. I thought I saw this on your site before, do you still carry this?

We can get it, but you shouldn't need the OEM PCV valve with the PERM Plate.

You are correct then. For some reason I was thinking the kit came with a PCV valve but I just checked and it just comes with the check valve. The OE PCV Valve is $18.44. If you call in or send me a PM I can include that with your order.
