(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  An EPIC, MASSIVE Thank you!!!! Guys, I honestly can't be more thankful for all the black Friday sale orders starting Tuesday night of last week. The response we got was truly unbelievable. We've never had that many orders in that amount of time and that didn't even include several Subaru customers we were helping since entering that market. To help explain some of the issues, Eric needed to leave a little bit early which was a bit sooner than expected. Alan had already planned a trip out of town to visit family and that left me to man the ship. We literally responded to probably 1,000+ messages total over a 4-5 day period between a part time situation and myself. All the PMs from Eric's account since Tuesday were handed by Alan and myself. The overwhelming amount of orders made messages, emails, phone calls, etc trickle into the entire week after. It was truly unreal. We are wishing Eric farewell and wish him the best of luck, of course. He has been a truly special part of this community and our company and both myself and him were a bit sad about parting ways. With that said, I'm incredibly honored with the patience and understanding that was shown by you guys. You all know the Mazdas are where we got our start and even though we are branching out, we simply care about you guys in a different way. We are obviously a small company still but our vision requires us to be on top of things better than anyone else and that's what we'll continue to keep doing. I will start to rep the forum until further notice as of now and you'll start seeing me be more active starting Monday. As always, please hit me up if you need help or parts. We're here for you guys.
