It is designed and manufactured in Japan and is made from SUS304 Stainless steel. The piping is ceramic coated to keep heat energy in the exhaust system which increases flow and decreases back pressure. The HKS Cat back comes with all the necessary hardware for installation. By itself, a 3 inch catback netted 11whp and 13wtq at the peak on our MS3 when we got it. At the time, it only had a Cobb SRI and TIP, no flash at all. Once you get into more power, it becomes even more effective, especially with bigger turbos. |
