| Not Ranked : 0 score I decided to bypass the online system and just call in and order my parts. I got Mike again (the same guy who emailed me back the other day) and gave him my order. He comes up with the same discount I had online, 2.8%. He then proceeds to tell me that some items (Bilstien) have a close profit margin and they can't sell them with a full 6% discount so I get a lesser discount. He went on to politely say that manufacturers have minimum prices they can sell products at, etc. While that may be true, the thing feels very bait & switch shady to me. If you have a sale the excludes items, just say so. I asked to speak with Alan, but he was out to lunch right now. I cancelled my order, I guess I'll look elsewhere, even if I have to pay more.

Mike is new and learning, and we are working with him, but some things slip past us. For anyone else who has a question about their discount, please send me a PM. Even if you've already placed the order, we'll still take care of you (this means you @jdmage_mx5  . Granted some items are not included in the sale and if you purchased these (ACT, Rally Armor, Hawk... etc) we won't be able to do any more discount. However, the site can be a bit glitchy with certain products if they are not entered in the proper category or something.
