How's your bats and such with your cpe fmic? Nichall is running it and last I checked his bats were nothing terribly impressive. Ultimate racing seems to be the only one no one complains about. Amazon mentioned near ambient bats. 9900 spoke highly of it. I dunno bro. If people could chime in on which fmic they run and how its been performing it would be.nice. also if anything extra was done. coolant bypassing, pipe wrapping, heatahielding, etc. I don't think we should be so quick to write off the gen2 cxracing kit.

The tmic is so effective because the boosted air gets to the intake runners so fast. There is virtually no piping with the TMIC, and as Christian stated, with the hood scoop, it is a pretty effective design. My CP-E gets to about 10 degrees of ambient, sometimes a bit less. I have been trying to mod my car in the event that I eventually go BT, but IMO, a quality TMIC with methanol is plenty for anyone staying stock turbo. I have both the hot and cold pipes wrapped with therma-flect tape, and have header wrap on the coolant line that heats the cold pipe. I believe the BAT sensor is in the intake runner, so BAT's are effected / skewed by the location of the sensor. | |

| Not Ranked : 0 score i had the ETS 3.25" with DO stg2 meth kit, but i couldnt read the bats.. Cobb was still fixing that at the time i guess.. my BATS would read like 32 deg LOL, so i knew it wasnt right.. but TMIC+meth was a very nice setup, even without tuning for it.. maybe add meth to the mix on the fmic kit?
