| There. I fixed it for you. You'll need some creativity and finesse. You may even need to weld a bolt to the bolt, though I'd be cautious about doing that with the potential for localized thermal expansion.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score [QUOTE=AngryOrchard99;3171758]Really? I went to Lowes and the Irwin bolt extractor set didn't carry one that fit around the head of the T40 Torx bolt. Do you know what size extractor worked for you Don’t remember which size. I used one where the groove would grab on to the bolt once you start taking it off if that makes sense . Use alot of PB blaster. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score How bad is the actual torx fitting. Mine were a pita to remove, but a little heat on the bolt head and slow pressure with a 1/2" breaker bar and they all came loose eventually. If you have to use extractors you can find sets from 19mm to 25mm on amazon for around $50. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sour...Mmih27JwAqM4W3

Interesting, one of the Irwins bolt extractors barley fits on the bolt head so I’m going to hammer it on and hopefully it will work | |
