Potentially Selling? Pricing Feedback

Hi All,

I'm thinking about selling the Speed3 and just wanted some general feedback on what you think the car fetches. It is a 2012 with Tech package and has 28K miles on it. Has minor mods such as

Cobb Short Ram Intake
Cobb Turbo Inlet Pipes
James Baron Racing Rear Motor Mount Chromoly 88 Durometer
Ultimate Racing Exhaust

Maintenance done to it has been just new tires and oil changes. Haven't had any problems with it *knock on wood*.

I'm seeing them priced around $17-$20K range with higher mileage (doesn't mean they sell for that) but from your experience, what would the car be?

The prices seem to really vary in the Bay Area right now, but I think you should be able to get around $17k. Just might have to wait for the right buyer. The low miles should really help you out vs. the other ones for sale.

Also if your really serious about selling, I would put it back to stock as much as you can, not going to gain any value from the mods and could make some more money selling them. I prefer to buy something less modded, but that's just me

it's easy to ask any price for any car, but it's hard to sell a niche car for a high price unless someone is looking for it.

realistically, your car can't compete with new cars in power or economy, because your technology is already over 10 years old. and your interior features are mediocre at best.

it's a car you'd love to own, but you'd hate to buy, so maybe you'd get 16k for it.
