Default Front bumper whitening fix?

I was wondering if there are any kind of product that could hide white spot on front bumber from rock and stuff.

Water pretty much make it dissapear and restore color, so i was thinking that there could be some sort of oil based product for this? Is there any?

Try clay barring your car. If that doesn't work then you'll need to buff it out.

Chips in the paint will never been removed, they would have to be filled in with touch up paint, or have the whole bumper re-painted. Mazda didn't do us any favors with the light color primer.

Yeah off course not, i though there would be some sort of grease/oil product, since its hidden when wet, just like that line under fog light.

But thanks anyway guys.

So, I would not say that this is the best idea, but possibly a temporary solution.

My gen2 has a shit ton of chips too. Black paint, white fucking primer. A long while back after a few too many beers, and me complaining about the chips, @xfeejayx; decided a Sharpie would solve the problem, and with me eagle eye-ing him, he filled in a chip with a fucking marker. It doesn't look perfect at all, but from a distance the chips are a shit ton less noticeable.

I imagine the black sharpie is closer to my black paint than a red sharpie to the red paint, but it could be worth a shot in a less noticeable area. Maybe it'll help enough for the time being.
xfeejayx likes this.

Maybe try something like this??? I used something like it on my old old car a long time ago. It worked for a little while, but unfortunately didn't last too long. That was a long time ago though and maybe there are better options that work better now. I remember thinking about using a sharpie around that time, too, haha.

Seriously, try the sharpie. It can't hurt, and does cover it from a distance.

I have a Black Mica and use Dr ColorChip with pretty good success. The metallic matches pretty good and if you take your time you can even fill in chips ok. Does take some time if there are a lot of them though...
