| Not Ranked : 0 score It looks like our good friends at COBB will definitely have support for the Mustang. The 2.3 should have been the one in the Focus ST in the first place! Based on how efficient the 2.0 is, the 2.3 in the Mustang should be a nice motor. It is in many ways an evolution of the DISI. We will likely be tuning the 2.3l once released alongside the 2.0l and 1.6l Ecoboost motors.

| Not Ranked : 0 score The rods are probably same stuff as the 2.0 and they hold a lot of torque. I've only seen pistons break and that's rare. The cars make 340-360 ft lbs on pump and close to 400 on e85 but power dies off due to the turbo size. 400 should be fine on the 2.3 but it might need a bigger turbo.
