Default Simply the best!

I just want to write a review about Alex and I am proudly sporting being Stratified Tuned! Very very happy with Alex's work, answered all my questions and has worked with me with all the hiccups along the way. He's made damn sure my engine is safe while tuning and made suggestions along the way to obtain my goals! If anybody has any doubts about e-tunes with stratified, don't. The closest tuner that would be trustworthy was cobb tuning in socal but its about hour and half away for me so wasn't worth it for me driving up there if I had hiccups to fix while tuning. Here are my mods:

- Autotech hpfp
- Cobb AP, downpipe, FMIC
- JBR 3" wide path intake w/ CAI pipe, OCC Stg2, RMM, PMM, SSP w/bushings
- Denso ITV22
- Forge bpv version 2
- Stratified Tuned by Alex

I'm very happy we were able to work through some of the hiccups we ran into initially and got some decent numbers on the 91 Cali fuel! Most Cali cars end up below these.

I need help I'm currently tuning with Alex and I can't find a fuel my car doesn't knock on. What fuel are you using?

I keep seeing a lot of complaints about 91 Cali gas, unfortunately I'm in the same boat. Quick question I have a VP fuel station 5 miles away from me that has 93 and 100 octane at the pump. Would I be better off running a full tank of 93 blend when or can I do a 91/100 octane mix?

I'm gathering a ton of info before I begin my road to tuning but I will be going to you guys at Stratified for my E-tune when the time comes.

I find that the ratings "at the pump" don't exactly match the fuel you are putting in. The 93 you are getting at VP may be a lot better than the 93 someone gets at Shell in a different state.

If you have E85 around, mixing with E85 has excellent results. If not, we can play with different fuel mixes from VP to find something that matches your performance expectations for the car.
