I've had a while to play with this now and pulled some logs this weekend. Definitely better than the Cobb OTS I was using. Much less KR at WOT.

placed my order on saturday at 9am central time, and its 1:40pm on monday and havent gotten an email back yet..... my order # is 979. I already filled out the mod form, but havent gotten the email saying for me to send it

Yea its based on business hours.... which is 8-10 hours per business days only (mon-fri) generally speaking.

hmm, I placed an order and got the email reply before 24 business hours, personally, if the maps are tailored; I would not want them rushed, but thats me, whats the worst that could happen? (read the fine print on the form you filled out).

Guys, we are doing out best here to offer a great product without errors at a great price, perform R&D, and handle our other orders so we are working around the clock.

Last night I sent all the maps of people that filled out the form and contacted everyone that has purchase up to the 23rd.
@ThePatient; the introductory e-mail was sent to you before 4pm yesterday to the gmail address you provided when you made the purchase. Make sure it is not in your spam/junk folder.

No sign in spam folder. If it's causing issues just send it to the email address that I paid with. I asked to have it sent to my gmail, due to it defaulting to my address that is on file with paypal.

Same thing happen to me... But it was in my pay pal email so when I emailed them back I just used my Gmail and it was all good from there

I'm getting a 404 error file not found error when clicking on the link to the doc in the email using IE and Chrome from a MAC and Windoze. Best to NOT use spaces in file names when publishing files to the interwebs

Mine showed up last night minutes after my head hit the pillow, so will likely be loading it this afternoon for the 40 mile drive home
There might be a problem with the form letter sent though, it has my refund/upgrade offer dated for the 21st.
"If you enjoy this calibration want full custom tune to take your vehicle to the next level, remember that you can order a full Stratified Custom Tune and get a refund for the S-OTS+ map by 2014-03-21." picky picky but I read everything thanks for the quick turn-around!

Purchased, delivered, flashed.
Drove the car about 20 miles.

I was running an OTS stage 1 tune. Worked on the car over winter.
Between this and my catted downpipe install, the car runs great! Smooth power, awesome response.

Doing a track day next weekend and looking forward to seeing how car responds.

Bedded in new brakes also. Hawk HPS PLUS. noisy as all hell, but just about puts you through the windshield.

Talk about service, I put my order in yesterday afternoon 2:30PM EST. Today at 1pm, I get "The email". My form was already filled out and ready to go, so I replied back. Less than half an hour after receiving the email my new Stage2 map was is in my inbox. Dam, that was fast. Less than 24hours (not business hours) after order I have my new map.

Anyways, amazing service and fast delivery. Can't wait to load the new map, but I will have to wait until this weekend after my DP is installed.

Well I am impressed enough with this OTS+ tune I am running, that I am definitely going in for the full tune. Just a couple maintenance items to take care of over the weekend, and then I plan on ordering a full tune. @Lex; how do I ensure that I get the discount/refund from the OTS+ purchase when purchasing the full tune?

Glad you like the SOTS+ maps - you will really like the full tune . You write it in the order notes when you purchase the full tune. The discount will just be refunded to you via paypal once you purchase the full tune.

The sots+ tunes are prepared in batches every other day. So some people will get a very quick response and others may take a day or so.
