@Lex; I know if you purchase a custom e-tune within 3 months of purchasing the flash tune you will get full credit on the amount paid on the flash tune.

What if I purchased a flash tune upgrade will I get any type of credit if I do a full custom tune?

So today I upgraded my mid pipe on my car from stock to 3" and I now have a full 3" Ultimate Racing TBE. I was wondering if you would recommend getting a flash tune for my V2.0 tune or would it be ok to just run the one I have with the stock mid pipe?

If you already have the stg2 this is the highest performance flash tune we currently offer before going to a custom tune.

The efficiency gained from a freer flowing exhaust will benefit the performance of the car.

In the flash tune you can also go ahead and take care of EGR delete codes and Downpipe codes as well, correct?

Do launch control and flat foot shifting options cost extra on the tune?

Another question, I also have E85 available. Is the power and safety advantage worth it considering the issues with pump deposits? Or with your recommended mixture are pump deposits not an issue?

Yes codes are taken care of.

LC and FFS we can set at no extra charge and for people with the V3 AP you can also set this with our latest tunes as you wish.

With a 4 gallons of E85 and rest pump gas mix there are no issues and yes the gains and safety are worth it .

Thanks. Yes, I will be purchasing a V3 AP, so that is nice to have the option to turn LC and FFS on or off.

Just got my Flash Tune last night at like 4am. I loaded it on to the AP before work and flash it.

Holy crap am I impressed!

I attached a log from my first pull on my way home and I am boosting like a boss with AFRs, KR, and LTFTs looking great.
The car pulls SO much harder than with the Cobb OTS.
Not only that, but I averaged 1.5MPG better on the way to and from work with many more foot stomps to enjoy the new tune.

Just ordered my e85 tune!!! Cant wait to see the results with the 3.5 intake coupled together. I usually write my own tunes but I haven't ventured into corn yet so in the meantime I've always wanted to try a stratafied tune while I develop my own. Super excited to see what comes out of it. Very fast turnaround already it took only an hour to get the mod form from the time of ordering.

Do you tweak the flash tunes depending on the parts installed? Right now I have a stg2 flash tune for 3" intake and ETS TMIC. I scored a good deal on a CS downpipe, a catted testpipe, and Cobb exhaust. I was wondering if I need to get an upgrade flash if I install any of the parts?

If you have the latest stg2 tune and none of the parts are going to trigger CELs and fuel quality remains the same then you are good to go. Otherwise you can purchase a flash tune upgrade.

THE E85 tune kicks ass with the new intake! Its been lightly raining and I cant even log a run because I cant keep traction at WOT. As soon as it drys out I will make a run and post a vdyno. Need moar rubber on the road

Quick question on this. is there enough correction in this tune that i will be semi safe installing a mac valve ebc on the tune i bought for the stock ebc or should i steer clear of using it till i get a retune on the e85 with it?.

It will be safe as long as the EBCS is installed in the OEM 2 port mode with port 3 capped, port 2 going to the TIP and port 1 going to the OEM WG actuator top port.

If you want a 3 port interrupt setup then a custom tune is needed to dial in the boost control.
