His valve has almost exactly the same dimensions as the oem. It doesn't require any adaptors.

My ported injectors seem to be helping... I don't know of anyone else who's hit 425~450g/s with no aux fueling at all..

Just to be clear. I think when dano said "his valve" he was referring to superskater's and when you say "his valve" you are referring to John's. Besides that, accurate post... including the comment about fueling requirements for 450g/s... but hey, what is wrong with a little meth, keeps the intake runners clean.

also just to clarify, the adapter that scott made is not what failed, its just a simple right angle adapter cause the RV is so freaking huge.

it was his RV that failed. im going to keep an eye on mine to see how it does over the next year.


i got an update from cobb tonight and the car def runs alot better and seems to hit its targets but when i go WOT it just dumps an insane amount of fuel and i get a studder from being so rich. were def getting closer guys and between christian, braden, david and even trey, everyone of them is working on this one issue right now and they have been racking their brains over it as they keep discovering more ish.

I'm in the 90's at 360 g/s and mid 11 AFR.s So with the same AFRs, i guess i'd be around 400 g/s at 100.... and if i leaned it out to 12:1, i'd maybe get another 10.

That's very optimistic rice cake though.... fortunately my meth is up and running, and i won't have to rely on optimism for the short term hahaha.

Oh yeah... and you should dyno.


What timing are you able to run without KR issues?

I have the 2150money from John waiting to be installed cuz I'm lazy, but I should haveit to start messing with this weekend and... he says he's working on a complete "kit" to allow us over 2500psito once the sensor is figured out... not sure about that one yet but we'll see. Oh and he said they'll only use the 2150 on our cars for now cuz using the 2250 valve lines started exploding

I havent found my limit yet. Currently at 16deg adv at 7k rpm ~23psi, 12.1 afr.

I'm fueling the equivalent of 425-450g/s with E85, and I'm seeing that fueling @ ~4k rpm all the way to 6.5k rpm. No upgraded HPRV or meth, here. Actually, the car went rich a couple nights ago after I fixed a small vac leak I had been tuning around - the car logged 469g/s @ .78l (~11:1 gas AFR), lol.

The line didnt explode, it was the seal where it connects to the rail that started leaking.

My butt dyno feels the power dropping in the upper rpms(when my InjDC gets above about 85%), so until I get it below that level for the entire power band I won't bother to dyno..

I will eventually, but not before I switch to a blow through MAF, get a full 4" intake made, and get the new IM installed and some port injection working... When will you have that injector controller finished/for sale??

Any updates Skates? I'm finally putting in my RV Wednesday and I wanna know how long it will be before you've done all the hard work and gotten out all the kinks with the new sensor, so I can just put the sensor in and not have to do any of the heavy lifting and just enjoy all your testing!

UPDATE:

so things seem to be working correctly but i think the scaling is still off some. cobb has figured out all the tables we need and everything is matching up but the slope of the new sensor is still a little bit off from what ti should be. at this point hopefully its just a matter of trying some new scalars to get it to match up perfect but otherwise all the hard work and questions are over!!!

i apologize, i'm behind as i went on a hiatus, but now i'm in BT territory and am curious when these higher pressures are needed. what are the current options for relief valves? i read that SD's isn't in production/working? superskaterxes, you have your own? then just ptp?

With my S259 I was running out of injector at 16PSI at the top of 5th (7000+ RPM)

ouch $295! does the IM have to come off? wondering if you can finagle it on without going through all of that, especially if you've taken that foam piece off, that cover on the end and the EGR tube.

Yup not hard, just kind of a pain in the ass. 1/8 of a rotation, flip wrench, 1/8 of a rotation flip wrench. Scrape knuckles a couple hundred times.

so looks like the pressure matches up good but theres still something missing that needs to be found because my LTFT's are still pulling almost 20% and my AFR's are in the 9's at WOT. cobb is still working super hard on this and they know just how important it is!!!

If they need more testers I should be ready to do so by the end of the week. I wonder if you are on the edge of what the injectors can handle and they aren't closing as efficiently as they should, letting unmetered fuel past.
