So im changing the DP gasket on my car and have to remove the DNP cause it blocks most of the DP bolts (put DP on with OEM manifold). PITA compared to changing seals and cleaning valves. This was cake. You all are lazy old basterds. With these, new ITV22s, new DP gasket (mine was leaking like a bitch), MF CBE and COBB AP I think im going to like drving my car again. Just need to get my suspension issues fixed. Body shop said they fixed them with just an alignment. Tire rubs the frame when turned all the way right. Idiots.

God damn it I want these seals, All I have left to try are some random heavy equipment websites that have the same part numbers and are listed as injector washers or heat shields. They have no pics though. Listed for KIKI diesels or some are even under misc parts haha.

What are you goona do though I guess, My mani is coming off tomorrow for P&P so I will just order some- FUCK IT

I found no torque specs so I just tightened them.down tightly! I was looking but couldn't find any.

Ya, I dont think yo need torque specs to be honest. I figured some might want them due to it being a crush seal, but you just tighten them tight so the crows foot is flush then it is good.

QwkEVO selling his OEM seals got mad that I posted in his thread that one could spend $8 and get seals that work compared to buying his OEM failboat seals for $50 or whatever he is selling them for. So I got banned from the thread. Fucken bullshit IMO. Am I wrong to warn people that this solution is better at 1/5 the cost? WTF…I dont care. I just wanted to see how his sale was going and it would not let me in his thread.

This doesn't show anything about torque specs for the holders on the injectors. Darn, I like using my torque wrenches. If I had to guess what the torque specs might be......I say around 13-16 ft-lbs(156-192 in-lbs)

The torque spec is clear as day in that picture.. 15.9~18.8 ftlbs.

right now im running 23lbs of boost on em at 7000ft above sea level and they are doing great so far but ive only had em on a week. knock on wood!

Installing mine today, the car will be up and running sometime this week.....hopefully. I will be doing break in miles and then testing them out after that with a good dose of 25psi.

**EDIT** @phate-i read through it all, and only saw like 3 ppl running them...and i guess work for now.....but doesnt say anything about much longterm....more the fact they just installed them, and are working.....not fully tested tho.....i might pick these up, since i need them when i replace the intake mani for my PnP one!

Let's put it this way they are designed for a Turbo diesel which produces more heat then our cars do which is a plus and even if they don't last as long I can buy about 15 sets compared to the cpe ones. Only difference is the cpe ones are sleeves

What's the difference between sleeve and washer like seal??

The sleeve may help to more evenly distribute pressure from the securing bolt throughout the seal. If you use the stud kit imo there prolly isnt much point to them.
