(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Customer Service FTW I purchased a PMM this afternoon after mine failed on the way into work this morning. After placing my order, I noticed there was a charge for Cook County tax and Chicago Municipal tax in addition to the IL state tax, I sent a message asking what those taxes are for since I don't live in Cook County or the city of Chicago and Matt promptly sent an email back explaining that its due to where they are located and issued me a refund covering those fees and also said I will get a discount code covering the cost if I order from them in the future. The reason I'm writing this is because the tax wasn't a big deal to me ($7.35 total) I was mostly curious, but this type of response without being asked goes a long way to me. Like everyone else here, I work hard for my money and when I get a little extra to spend on "toys" customer service and the buying experience is everything in determing who I choose to spend my money with and as far as I'm concerned Matt and Damond Motorsports have me as a future customer.
