The Damond Motorsports Blog is finally here. We hope to use it to share information about our parts, us, and what we recommend to help you reach your goals.

Of course, the first posts are about the PCV system, and OCC setups. We also bring our upcoming PCV plate into the mix, since we've been getting lots of questions about it. The posts are full of information, and diagrams (like the samples below) that will help the beginner get up to speed, and probably teach the expert a thing or two. Check it out at

while i enjoy the background for clicking through your normal site.... The colors just don't work for the blog. I'm excited to read good tech, but it makes it hard with the background. Get something solid and make it easy to read and not stress the eyes

Good reads, I actually thought I understood the PCV better than I apparently do. I had been thinking it was more of simple check valve but your diagrams show a 2nd sliding collar on top of the spring that I don't quite see the purpose of.

But these posts were perfect timing, I was just trying to figure out in my head the best way to capture crud from both the crankcase and the valve cover. Looks like I do need a 2nd Damond OCC after all.....
