(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I never like to shine a bad light in a public forum if I'm trying to have an one on one interaction with a business. Because I don't need to bad mouth a business if it's just a minor inconvenience, and certain things are unavoidable. Having said that, I am utterly frustrated with the customer services/relations demonstrated by Damond Motorsports. Actually, let me clarify that: It's the lack of it. If you are in the market for a Damond Motorsports PMM, you are probably aware that they are out of stock at the moment. No problems there, if you're out of stock, then you're out of stock. But why can't you notify your customers? I placed my order two weeks ago and at the time, there was no mention of it being out of stock. So the order was placed, totally unaware that the PMM is unavailable. 2-3 days later, I was expecting either an email shipping confirmation, or the actual arrival of my PMM. Neither happened so I contacted Damond Motorsports about the status of my order. OH NOW you tell me it's unavailable? You couldn't notify me after I placed my order? I had to ASK you why you took my money, and my order is just sitting idly? Sure enough, I was told that the PMM is out of stock. I'm anxious because I am driving on a failed PMM at the moment. I was told these PMM would be back in stock in 2-3 weeks' time. I was also promised a 5% discount (which is nothing) for the inconvenience and the fastest available shipping method. It is now nearly 2 weeks since I placed my order. So two days ago, I contacted Damond Motorsports again about the status of my order. I'd like to know when my PMM will arrive, and when I can plan to remove my failed PMM. This has led me to make a thread about my dealings with Damond Motorsports. Because I have not heard back from Damond Motorsports about the updated status of my order, nor have I received my 5% discount for the inconvenience. This is how you treat your customers? Keep them in the dark? I'm sticking with your PMM because it has been universally praised, but I can't see myself doing business with Damond Motorsports again.

In all my experiences with Damond Motorsports they have got back to be within 48 hours or so when I have asked for a status update. If they take longer then that they may be busy but they will not ignore you. I have bought many products from them and will continue to do so. They support the platform and when contacted about an issue they have responded. You need to learn to talk to the vendor before you start bitching online.

So, why couldn't they notify me about the unavailability after I placed the initial order? I had to call them to find out what happened to my money two weeks ago. Fast forward two weeks, I sent them another email about the status on Monday. If it's out then it's out, no fault there. But it's now Wednesday and I have not heard back. I don't know about you, but if I'm a customer, and I already paid, I'd like to be informed.

However, they are a small company that does this on the side and not as their main income and they do have personal lives. Whenever I have dealt with smaller companies I have emailed ahead of my order being placed to find out build times. As a car enthusiast I have learned that all good things come with time and if you want to be informed you have to ask around for the updates. Just give them the week to respond but I am sure they will do it sooner. Have you used the support email on their page? Sorry have to lol at this "I guess being informed is no longer a business model?"... being informed is a business model??? lmao... 60% of the time I'm right all the time

So... I guess the joke is on you and Damond Motorsports? And yes, I have exhausted my contact options prior to using this platform to gain their attention.

| Not Ranked : 0 score We do not make our own fabrications. Unfortunately, when a part is out of stock, we're at the mercy of suppliers and shippers for the date. That's why we can't give you an exact date and time when they will go out. Parts are expected on the 24th, but please bear with us if that moves a day or two. I assure you that they will go out to you the day we get them. The 5% discount and express ship because of the delays still applies. Matt is traveling in places without service. He tries to get to Wi-Fi when he can to address e-mails. I don't mean to use that as an excuse, because you should have gotten a response sooner, but that's why he couldn't e-mail you until earlier today. Apologies for the delays, we'll get you the part as soon as we can.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I do have to speak out for Matt and his company. In all my interactions with him, he has always been top notch and had great customer service. There's been multiple times when I encountered a problem and called him. Every time he walked me through it. Or even if it was just a question I had about a part I was interested in. All these companies do this. Shit, I waited almost two months for my exhaust from Corksport. I understand your frustration, but sometimes these things happen. I actually have a stock one in my trunk. If you want I can overnight it to you to hold you over. Just pay the shipping. Sent while probably pooping

All I wanted was to be informed. I have seen praises for Damond Motorsports. But if I don't get ANYTHING from them, I'll do what I must to get their attention.

Also, you're probably used to your bitch asking you the same question. But keep it coming, charming in on something that doesn't involve you in the first place, only to get destroyed afterwards. Just like your bitch when the guys are done with her ass.

| Not Ranked : 0 score i selected the quote i intended to, as - despite how much you're acting like a greasy little twink - i saw an opportunity to offer a bit of advice on how easy it is to swap the pmm. but no, you do you; keep shoving things up your ass and getting salty at the world when you can't stop your sphincter from twitching.

Also, you didn't have to run your mouth on an issue that didn't concern you. Where are those semen comeback? What you ran out of original ideas? Come on man. Why'd you start something if you can't finish it. But again, you're probably used to your bitch asking you the same question. Also, you do you too. Keep butting into things and running your mouth. And I'll just remind people how loose your bitch's ass is by now. Keep them coming man. All you had to do was to keep your mouth shut since it didn't concern you, but nope.

You still running your mouth? Hey, I'm just using your limited original source material. I mean, I know if I use something other than demeaning terms, you wouldn't understand it. Are you still getting yourself involved into stuff that doesn't concern you, and sounding like an idiot? Since we're talking about originality, here's another one for you. Have you asked her why she's walking funny? Here's a hint, it wasn't from you. Feel free to lock the thread, I got my response from Damond Motorsports. But I can't stop idiots from running their mouths.

| Not Ranked : 0 score he's like a broken record of faggotry. sure seems to know a lot about stretched assholes. OP you're like the nickelback of flamewars, just rehashing the same insult in slightly modified terms and acting like it's a new original. also like nickelback, you suck more than words can adequately express.

Oh so why did I talk about your bitch and her sandy vagina, well you have yourself to thank for that. But sure, come back at me with insults like fag, or other homophobic slurs that only uneducated rednecks would use. I don't know if you are a redneck or not, but I'm strictly using it in the form of name calling. Cause that's all you know, I have to slump down to your level for just this instance. Gosh it feels horrible and stupid. Keep them coming.

| Not Ranked : 0 score oh shit, did you finally stop angrily beating your dick to pictures of cartoon girls being raped by tentacle monsters for long enough to compose another scathing reply? I'll give it a 3/10, might read again the next time I'm feeling down and need an "at least I'm not THAT whiney neckbeard" pick-me-up.

Hey by the way, since you like to use words like fags, faggotry, and other homophobic slurs like an uneducated moron would, how's your neo-nazi, white supremacist rally going? I don't know if you're actually part of the movement, but if you say you are, I wouldn't doubt you. I heard y'all are going to try to make it out here in San Francisco, California, which is where I am at. All the "fags" out here would love to see your rally, and then stomp the shit out of you.

You should learn to keep calm and stop being an asshole. When someone tells you to be patient you become a little bitch. Maybe he's calling you a bunch of twigs because your weak and get easily heated. If you are in business that attiude will not take you far. You are so quick to go on the offensive on a stranger from the internet who has no beef with you. Talking down to someone because you believe you are educated shows weak character. Damond Motorsports is great and your asshole behaviour doesnt deserve their awesome products.
