Email Response Question Hello, Just had a quick question, typically how long does it take between sending back logs and a new map revision. This isn't a complaint at all, I'm honestly just asking because I'm not sure if my e-mails are going through correctly or not. After placing my order I was amazed how fast I received my map, but I sent datalogs back about a week ago and haven't gotten a response. If it hasn't been done yet that is totally fine, just wanted to make sure they are being received correctly. I sent a question a few weeks ago (a few days before I bought the tune), but never received a response to that as well, I just figured it was because I had bought a tune so the question didn't need to be answered, but I'm starting to think it may be my email (I am using yahoo which I know some domains have issues with). Again, not a complaint at all, I know Freektune is fantastic, the first map I received blew me away as far as how on point it was in the first place. Just wanted to ask instead of waiting longer just to find out my email is screwy hahaha. Thank you! Brandon |
I typically receive mine every 3-4 business days. Depends on how busy he is of course and if he has any events that week. |
Thanks! Actually just got mine today hahaha, should have just been more patient. So pumped to go out and try it. |
I heard he tries to stay within 1-3 business days but it's probably a busy time of the year so I've been receiving mine closer to 3-5 business days...patience has been killing me over the past couple weeks :scared1: |
Yeah I'm also waiting for my base map for my S4, it's been 4 days since I finished the install and the wait is agonizing! Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk |
At this point I would expect a longer than usual wait before you hear back from him. I've been getting my maps back from him in 5-6 business days. He is very busy so patience is required...when you want the best! Its worth the wait. I'm close to my last revision but had to stop due to a sudden freak out of my trims. Might have developed a minor boost leak. And due to KR above 18psi had to turn it down. Totally cool with that as my car is about to tick over 100K! Even at 18psi I am MORE than happy with the power curve and how hard it hits. I actually never go WOT other than when doing logs for the tune. LOL. |
I sent a general email and haven't received a response at all. I noticed that he took off the custom tune from the website so he's probably super booked. Can anyone recommend something in the meantime while Justin is catching up? Should I just load Cobb maps for now? |

I've been waiting for 18 days now since I sent my logs. Not sure what's goin on but it cant be that bad to not respond. At least a "sorry, still working on it". |
sometimes emails don't go through. i was using yahoo to contact him and had many problems with them being not delivered, so i switched to my other hotmail address. if it has been 18 days, i would try a different email and reference your order #. |

I bought the car freektuned about a year ago and loved the reliability and power compared to other cars with similar mods which was the major reason I decided to freektune after turbo swap. |
every email you send bumps you further down the list, so i would not send a bunch. Just send one asking whats going on and indicate that it's been 18 days.....then wait another 3-4 business days for a response. You could also shoot him a message on instagram, might be quicker |
I have him on Facebook but don't want to call them out on Facebook. He doesn't have messenger. I don't have an Instagram. Never did and trying really hard not to open one. Facebook is bad enough. lol @wes3id are from jersey? |

[@wes3id Thanks, I appreciate it a lot. |
Update: I received my revision today. I had send waves of bump emails then started a new email to him. Finally got his attention. |

Bump emails move you further down the list. First in, first out. If you send a bump, bottom of the list chump. |
