The man uses email the way it was meant to be used. The thread view method is a great way to deal with a shitton of email.

He uses email the way he feels comfortable and works for how he does business. Just fyi the #1 used email program in the world in business in Outlook. There is a reason outlook doesn't use threaded view and it is plain and simple to prevent the issues of old emails being bumped due to new emails. Threaded view works great for Justin and how he's structured his business and we all understand that now.

Issue has been resolved now that we know his preferred method/style of communication.

If it was a moot point, you wouldn't be replying

Yes they do have a threaded view option, but if you notice in the example it shows, it arranges by date then conversations.

Outlook does not bump the entire thread(conversation) to the top when a new email with the same subject comes in if there are still unread emails from a previous date - at that point it just bolds it and adds a counter to it.

I purchased a full tune from him and he is working with me now. I did not know the e85 tune was extra or on his site as I purchased thru edgeautosport.

The fact that we are still talking about how I handle my emails is a little crazy. Lol. I have personally tuned over 500 cars, and this is what works best for me and managing an insane amount of email. I am in no way interested in changing the way I do it or using outloook.

Last month or so I have still been playing catchup from ENM and my vacation to Cali, so lead times are a touch slower but still plenty acceptable IMO. Shit when they are out of stock on my site, I easily get 20 emails asking when they will be available again.

Looking back at your tune. You purchased 3/27, I got you a map 3/28. You sent logs back 3/31, I sent you a map back the same day. Next logs came back 4/2 and all looked good for the OTS plus map so we were done.

I would say in 50% or more of my tunes, I am waiting longer for datalogs then people are waiting for maps. If a couple get pissed and are upset they waited a few days for a response because they emailed me at midnight on a friday (just an example). Try emailing any reputable/busy dyno shop and see how fast you can get a response or get your car in for a tune

This whole post wasn't directed at you, it's just in general. lol. You were super easy to work with and it was a pleasure as it is with 99% of my customers

I agree it is ridiculous that people keep chiming in when the matter was resolved already(and one of the posts that was quoted I even stated it was resolved).

Either way, you'll be getting my money later this year once I save up for a full 93 tune and an e85 Aux map.

I'm biased a bit because I've become friends with Justin over the years, but I can tell you that I have been tuning these cars for a while too.

Justin is one of the few tuners that I've ever seen whose customers never have a problem once their tune is complete.

Once we get things rolling, we should be able to handle a pretty high volume with the same attention to detail.

Im in the middle of an etune. Takes no more then 3 days to get a new map, usually less. So for 3 days, its like running around with a HUGE Boner and when the map comes in I can't get to the garage fast enough!

I read it takes some people days to return data logs. WTF My data logs are back the same day. Sometimes its after midnight when Im getting the data. The faster I get it back, the faster I get it back.

Justin your maps have been awesome. The car loves the added timing! I can't keep my foot off the floor. Looking forward to your next map!

Thanks for the great feedback man. Now that I have rob fully on board as of this past week I should be able to get caught up a bit faster and have my turn around even faster. One can only hope anyway. Lol.

Here is my experience with Justin so far. I have nothing but the best to say about him. I am in the middle of a tune and he has been the most patient person to do tuning with. I went with Justin for 2 reasons.

Reason number one is he does not put a time limit on tunes within reason. With my work schedule, it is hard to get a tune done in 30 days. Also, Justin lets me know what to check if something looks wrong and he is usually right. Knowing that he knows so much about these cars, he has helped me with issues that I would not have known looking at the logs myself.

The second reason is that I did a permtune back in the day and Justin worked with Dustin at Perm and I was happy with that experience. Justin is correct when he says when he gets tunes he responds back within a few days. I understand that he is starting a new business and is extremely popular and he needs to get to everyone. With my car, I trust Justin and he has not steered me wrong yet. I would recommend Justin to anyone looking for a stable tune done right.

At the end of the day, I know that I am going to get a stable tune, customized perfectly for my car and mods at the power level that I want.

Justin, great job so far and I can not wait to dyno the car after we are done with it. At the moment, we are at 383hp on a dynojet in the middle of a tune, I can not wait to see what the end result is going to be.

I just wanted to give my experience so far tuning with Rob. The day I bought my tune I received an email from Rob that night telling me he was going to start my map and get it back to me by the morning. Well I woke up the next day and there it was! Like a kid a Christmas I raced to the computer and loaded it on my ap. I took the logs that night and sent them back and the next morning there was another revision! This guy is fast!! I will say I was off yesterday and Rob sent a new map that morning and I sent the logs back to him a couple of hours later and he responded within an hour or two with a second map for the day. TWO maps in one day. I could not ask for better customer service. We are half way through the tune and I love the whole process. Rob, I can't thank you enough for your help in making my car a lot more fun.
