Create "insert thumbnail" button under uploads so that you can insert thumbnails of pics in thread

I think there may be an easy way to do this but IDK what it is. I am able to do with manually but that is a PITA

I have seen this button on other forums and it makes for nice threads when you are uploading pics to forum rather than imageshack or something.

You have to right click on attached thumbnail and copy address from properties.
You then post as image but put a "t" after last set of numbers:

Then surround that image in make it a clickable link to the full size image (no "t").
