check my logs please

So I've been messing around with ethanol and I've gone through several threads along with buckers checklist and abilor's guide. For some reason I seem to have a lean spot for 1-2 cells around 3.8~ volts. I've tried OL maf cal in this voltage range for about 4 revisions and I've narrowed it down but still there. Any tips? Also, seems like I'm not making the power others are with ethanol. My timing seems to be pretty aggressive but I dunno, the ring thread scares me.

Here are the last two logs and a pic (1.0 cf Log 3 is a newer map than log 79.)

I wouldn't call your timing very aggressive. I'm running about 18* at 6K and 19* at 6.3K and I've seen folks running several degrees more than this.

I did check some of my older logs on my earlier e85 maps that had comparable timing - and yes, compared to them you seem to be short a few HP... but I'm not sure that it's an apples to apples comparison.

What's your mix?

40%. Adding timing in the later log didn't seem to add any power either.

If your worried about possible ring failure, a compression test may be in order.

you dont happen to have a random spike/dip in your maf table at that point do you?

Did you happen to try and put a couple drops of oil in that cylinder and recheck? That'll tell you for sure it's the rings if the compression comes back.
