Default Check my logs please

I have been getting some high rpm WOT cutting randomly since I have had my car (bought it at 29k). I haven't been able to figure it out so I grabbed an AP a couple days ago and did some logging today. I assumed my fuel pump needed an upgrade, even though I don't have many mods - listed below... and I think I do.

This is running the shelf Stage1+ SF 91 (with 93 in the tank). I did three pulls with a 3-4 shift in the middle. It is about 35F outside. Just looking for verification that my fuel pump is taking a shit. If there is anything else that jumps out at anyone let me know.

Looks like you're losing fuel pressure bad when you switch gears and overboost a bit. There are also instances where you drop pressure at just 17psi.

I would say your fuel pump needs to be upgraded. 07 MS3's built before March/07 had a fuel pump problem that needed replacement. If you haven't done the TSB, stock out, and try to get it replaced.

Otherwise get upgraded internals or a cp-e pump.

Avoid going WOT in the meantime.

Yep, that applied to my car and has never been performed. I'll take it in next week. I don't plan to mod past this so I don't really want to buy internals if i don't have to. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

+1 for FP. I'm in the same boat as you but I have stock exhaust. Gonna get a TP soon and it might ending up looking like yours. Mine only drops <1600 when I splike to 20 psi.

Your FP looks fine.
You need to worry if it drops below 1400 psi during WOT. Low pressure between shifts is normal.
Logs look OK. You can remove 1/2 of timing 4-5K rpm if you want but its not bad.
Get meth and up that boost son.

You didn't look at the logs of course... it's not only after shifts (of course pressure will drop DURING the shift, it's happening after for him), but during full boost at high RPM as well. Not good.

ok, correction. I only looked at the second log. The first one does have dangerously low FP surges at 16 psi or so of 500 psi.

I changed my mind... canceling my appointment and putting in KMD internals. If there is anything I have learned from my previous cars... it's that I can't stop modding.

Good luck finding a set of internals. If you're looking for a short time solution, CPE's pump is going to be your best bet. Pricey as fuck, but word around the street is they will be in stock real soon. It will be weeks until Autotech and KMD restock their internals. Good luck.

I finally got my KMD internals and installed them yesterday. I had a long trip today so I did some pulls on the way back once my fuel trims settled. I changed the map to stage1+ SF 93 yesterday when I installed the internals. I'll be switching back to 91 because I am getting some KR that I didn't used to get with the 91 OTS.

I am sad to announce that I am still getting the exact same issues with cutting. My pressure is higher throughout the log, but I still got a couple of spots where my fuel pressure is in the 600's just like before I put in the internals. From what I have read, this sounds like load cut but I thought that was fixed on the AP. Any ideas?
